Address Validation & Heat Mapping
Clean, accurate address information is vital to any school. It improves government reporting, communication and ensures your data is consistent.
The 'Address Validation' functionality available within TASS, minimises the capture of bad address data by verifying the information entered by parents and administrators against known Australian postal addresses.
Once enabled, a bulk validation tool provides the means to clean-up all parent addresses in your school's TASS database, while geocoding using GPS coordinates equips enrolment teams with 'heat mapping' functionality and visual insights into where prospective students are funneling from.
Address Validation is a licensed feature at $500 + GST per annum.

TASS SMS Gateway
TASS partners with SMSGlobal so your school can opt to purchase SMS credits directly through TASS, using our 'TASS SMS' gateway. These credits will automatically top up when you're running low - so you'll never have to worry about running out mid-send again.
Your school can choose the package that best suits your needs from the list below. When your credit balance reaches 10% of the original amount, your account will automatically top up to your selected package amount and the school will be invoiced the following month.
To have the SMS gateway enabled for your school, simply fill out the onboarding form, and submit along with a Purchase Order!
